Yue Li

Laura Yue LI is an incoming M.S. Journalism student at Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism.

She recently graduated from Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU), a Sino-US cooperative university in China, with a B.A. in English (Global Settings Option).

She has four years of experience being a campus journalist with 30 news reports and articles published. She has two years of experience interning with local and provincial newspapers and Education company including Wenzhou Daily Newspaper Group and Zhejiang Daily Press Group, in positions of journalist in the education section, reporter in the government, company and commodity section, and social media operator and editor.

Yue strives to cover international stories and bridge the gap of misunderstanding between different cultures.
